Leisure Assistant (Lifeguard) The Role Outline: Your Shift at a Glance Let's be completely transparent. This is primarily a Lifeguard role, but we do not expect you to sit in a chair staring at a pool for your entire shift. We operate a strict 30 minute rotation policy.
