Sommelier Introduction to the site and role: The Pig and Butcher is a critically acclaimed, Michelin listed, 2 AA rosette pub and restaurant. We have an extensive wine list of over 450 bins sourced from family run vineyards. Our menu specialises in country style cooking, working closely with the best farms in the UK we receive whole carcasses of rare and native breeds and we butcher our meat on site.
