MOT Tester / MOT Technician / Vehicle Technician Location: Cockermouth Salary: £27,000 - £35,000 DOE Hours: 41.63 hours per week Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent MOT Tester - £27,000 to £35,000 DOE   Looking for a stable role where your MOT testing skills are valued, you're part of a supportive workshop team, and you can benefit from excellent training and employee benefits?   An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced MOT Tester / MOT Technician to join an established automotive business in Cockermouth. Your responsibilities will include: ·Carrying out MOT tests using appropriate measuring and diagnostic equipment ·Completing accurate vehicle health checks ·Identifying and reporting faults and areas requiring attention ·Recording additional work and communicating findings to the Workshop Controller or Service Manager ·Completing job cards accurately, including hours worked and materials used ·Carrying out tyre fitting and related workshop duties when required ·Ensuring vehicles meet required safety standards before being returned to customers ·Maintaining high standards of vehicle care and protection ·Keeping the workshop clean, safe and organised   About You We're looking for an experienced and reliable MOT Tester / Vehicle Technician who takes pride in delivering high standards of workmanship.
