MIG Welder – Norwich
Anglian Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced MIG Welder to join a well-established and well-known structural steel company based in Norfolk.
This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate, with the choice of a permanent position, temp-to-perm or temporary contract work.
Position: MIG Welder
Location: Norwich, Norfolk
Temporary Rate: £17.00–£18.50 per hour, depending on experience
Permanent Rate/Salary: To be discussed at interview
Start: ASAP
Job Type: Permanent, Temp-to-Perm or Contract
The Role:
* MIG welding structural steel components
* Working from drawings and specifications
* Producing high-quality welds to the required standards
* Working as part of an experienced fabrication team
* Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a MIG Welder
* Structural steel or fabrication experience would be advantageous
* Must be able to complete a practical weld test during interview
* Must have your own welding mask and appropriate PPE
* Reliable and able to work as part of a team
* Good attention to detail
