Working Foreman – Norwich
Location: Norwich, Norfolk
Duration: 1 Month
Start Date: 28th September
Rate: CIS Rate Paid - From £220per day (More depending on experience)

Anglian Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Working Foreman to join a construction project in Norwich for an initial 1-month contract.
We are ideally looking for someone with a carpentry/joinery background who is confident working on the tools while also overseeing and coordinating other trades on site.
The Role
As Working Foreman, you will be responsible for helping to coordinate the day-to-day activities on site, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required standard.
Duties will include:
* Supervising and coordinating trades and site operatives
* Working alongside the site team to ensure the programme is maintained
* Carrying out carpentry and general construction duties where required
* Reading and working from drawings and specifications
* Liaising with subcontractors and other trades
* Monitoring workmanship and quality
* Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed
* Assisting with the general organisation and running of the site
* Reporting any issues or delays to the relevant management team
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience as a Working Foreman, Foreman or Site Supervisor
* SMSTS required
* A carpentry/joinery background is highly desirable
* Strong practical construction experience
* The ability to lead and coordinate a small site team
