Are you a Multi-Skilled / Multi-Trade Engineer looking for a secure mobile role?
We are working with a leading Facilities Management provider who is expanding their team and looking for a Building Fabric Engineer to cover commercial sites across Nottingham and the surrounding areas.
You'll be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance, carrying out general building fabric repairs across a variety of commercial sites.
Key Responsibilities
Carpentry - doors, locks and general woodwork
Basic plumbing - taps, toilets and basins
Painting and decorating - making good and touch-ups
General DIY and building repairs
Planned and reactive maintenance
Internal and occasional external works What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a similar multi-trade/fabric maintenance role
Strong practical skills and a can-do attitude
Carpentry or multi-trade background
Good customer service and communication skills
