Job Description
We are recruiting for a Vehicle Technician on behalf of a reputable main dealer in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. This is an excellent Vehicle Technician opportunity for skilled automotive professionals seeking career progression within a large and stable automotive group.
Benefits:
Basic salary up to £44,400 for Master Technicians
OTE approximately £48,000
Flexible salary packages tailored to experience level
Four-day working week options available
Varied working hours: 40, 42.5, or 45 hours per week

Diagnose and repair vehicle faults
Service vehicles according to manufacturer guidelines
Conduct vehicle inspections for wear and tear and general faults
Complete mechanical work to DVSA standards
Provide high-quality customer service
Assist and guide less experienced team members
Maintain precise records of work carried out
Participate in ongoing training to stay current with manufacturer proceduresRequirements of a Vehicle Technician:
Level 3 qualification or equivalent in vehicle maintenance and repair
Full UK driving licence
Own set of tools
Ability to complete complex mechanical tasks
Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
