Façade Designer
Salary: £40,000-£50,000
Location: Watford
Our client is looking for an experienced Façade Designer to join their growing team, with a strong focus on cladding and rainscreen systems.
This is an excellent opportunity for a designer with proven experience within the façade industry who is looking to join an established business and work on a range of technically interesting projects.
Key Responsibilities
Producing detailed façade and cladding drawings
Designing and detailing rainscreen cladding systems
Working closely with project managers, engineers and other stakeholders
Reviewing technical information and ensuring designs meet project requirements
Producing accurate drawings and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Supporting projects from design through to delivery
Requirements
Previous experience designing cladding / rainscreen systems is essential
Strong understanding of façade construction and detailing
Experience using relevant CAD/design software
Ability to interpret architectural and technical drawings
Good communication and organisational skills
Experience within the façade, cladding or building envelope sector
Package:
£40,000-£50,000 salary
