KS2 TeacherPart-Time Thursdays & Fridays October Start Long-Term Placement Until December 2026

Duties as KS2 Teacher:
Teach a Key Stage 2 class on Thursdays and Fridays
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum
Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress
Attend staff meetings and contribute to the wider school community
Participate in parents' evenings and school events
Undertake lunchtime duty and other professional responsibilities as required
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Maintain high expectations for behaviour, achievement, and participationIdeal KS2 Teacher:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching within Key Stage 2
Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners
Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
Commitment to fully embracing the responsibilities of a class teacher
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
