Job Description
We are currently seeking a passionate, dedicated and adaptable EYFS Teacher to join our excellent range of partner schools across the South Staffordshire region. This is a fantastic opportunity for EYFS Teachers who want to get stuck-in supporting a range of different schools on a temporary basis, working for a reputable supply agency. Your duties will include delivering engaging lessons to a consistently high standard in line with the EYFS Framework, you should foster a nurturing and inclusive environment; supporting children's early development through a mix of structured learning and play-based activities. You will also be expected to adapt quickly to different school settings, building strong, trusting relationships with both staff and pupils. The Role includes: Full teaching responsibilities for the Early Years. Planning, delivering and assessing engaging lessons in line with the Early Years Framework. Planning responsibilities The ability to quickly create a positive and welcoming learning environment for all learners. Working well alongside colleagues, support staff and leadership.What we are looking for: An experienced EYFS Teacher, who is committed to supporting pupils during the very early stages of their primary school journeys. Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Demonstrate strong classroom management skills; the candidate will be confident in managing behaviour quickly and effectively, establishing clear routines, and fostering a calm and purposeful classroom atmosphere in every school that they visit. Have a genuine passion for supporting pupils' academic and personal development. Somebody who is confident to jump straight in; able to build strong, trusting relationships with staff, pupils and parents. The ability to plan engaging, enriching lessons in line with schools planning policies and Early Years Framework. Planning responsibilities only tend to be for longer term roles. You will be working on a temporary basis, supporting a range of our partner schools in Cannock teaching the Early Years classes. Somebody who holds or is willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS.Pay: £130 - £169 a day (dependent on experience) holiday pay is included in the day rate. The pay will be negotiated dependent upon how much responsibility you are expected to take on - e.g., there may be scope to increase the pay rate.
