Job Description
CNC Miller & CNC Turner – Leicester – £37,440 per annum (£18.00 per hour) (or more based on experience)
Samuel Hart is recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company based in Leicester. Our client has a strong, loyal engineering team and a reputation for high-quality, precision-made equipment. Due to continued demand, they're now looking to add three experienced CNC machinists to their team on a permanent basis — two Millers and one Turner — a great opportunity to join a stable, well-regarded business with immediate availability.
CNC Miller (x2)
* Setting, operating and programming CNC milling machines (Heidenhain control)
* Working across a wide range of materials
* Producing precision-machined components to a consistently high standard
* Reading and working accurately from engineering drawings
* Reliable, safety-conscious, and a good team player
* Time-served or equivalent hands-on experience preferred
CNC Turner (x1)
* Setting and operating CNC lathes across the following machines/controls — ideally with experience in any one of the below:
* Chester Tornado (Sonic 21i control)
* Hardinge GS200 (Siemens 828D control)
* Harrison Alpha (SuperDraft AlphaLink software)
* Producing precision-turned components to a consistently high standard
* Reading and working accurately from engineering drawings
* Reliable, safety-conscious, and a good team player
* Time-served or equivalent hands-on experience preferred
Shift Pattern (candidate's choice)
* Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, or
* Monday–Thursday, 6:00am–4:30pm, with Fridays off

* £18.00 per hour
