Job Description
Operations & Executive Assistant Our client is an established property business based in North West London and is seeking a proactive Operations & Executive Assistant to support one of the business owners. This is a varied role that combines executive support with operational coordination. The successful candidate will become a key member of the business, helping to improve efficiency, coordinate projects and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly. The role would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities * Manage the Director's diary, meetings and appointments. * Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries. * Act as a gatekeeper, prioritising emails, calls and correspondence. * Monitor operational projects and ensure deadlines are met. * Follow up with internal staff and external suppliers on outstanding actions. * Prepare reports, presentations and business documents. * Assist with operational planning and implementation of new processes. * Organise meetings and record actions where required. * Coordinate suppliers, contractors and service providers. * Assist with office management and general business administration. * Support with invoice approvals and operational paperwork. * Handle confidential information with discretion. * Identify opportunities to improve efficiency across the business. * Undertake ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as required. About You * Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Operations Assistant. * Exceptionally organised with outstanding attention to detail. * Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. * Strong communication and relationship-building skills. * Confident working with senior stakeholders. * Proactive with a natural ability to solve problems. * Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office. * Able to work independently and use initiative. * Experience within property is beneficial but not essential. Location: North West London (Office Based) Hours: Monday to Friday, standard office hours Salary: £32,000–£38,000 (depending on experience)
