Planner / Senior Planner | Exeter | Black Box Planning
Location: Exeter
Salary: £35,000/£40,000
Penguin Recruitment are working with Black Box Planning, a growing specialist planning consultancy, who are looking to expand their team in Exeter. The Role
Delivering planning advice across a varied project portfolio
Preparing planning applications, appraisals and planning strategy reports
Supporting strategic-scale development projects
Managing projects and working with multidisciplinary consultant teams
Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
Providing clear, evidence-led planning advice
Contributing to the continued growth of the Exeter officeRequirements
Experience working within town planning, ideally in consultancy
Strong understanding of the planning process
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to think strategically and commercially
Strong project management and organisational skills
For Senior/Associate level, 5+ years' planning experience and solid EIA expertise are key requirements
RTPI membership/chartership is desirable depending on levelWhy Black Box Planning?
