Family Support Team Manager Salary: £32,452.50 FTE, including market supplement (pro rata: £19,471.50 actual per annum) Location: HMP Belmarsh Working pattern: Part time, permanent — 22.5 hours per week, on a rota including regular weekend work Role Overview Pact is looking for a Family Support Team Manager (known internally as a Family Engagement Manager) to lead our visitor centre services at HMP Belmarsh. This is a hands-on management role at the heart of family engagement work, overseeing the prison's booking line, family visit catering, children's play sessions, and a range of family-focused interventions. You'll also support families' access to secure video visits and work closely with our subcontractors in the Visits Centre.
