Salary & Benefits £32,000 - £40,000 basic salary (DOE) Earning potential of circa £46,000 with overtime Overtime opportunities available Company vehicle provided Company pension scheme Ongoing training and professional development Consistent pipeline of work Structured operational support Long-term, permanent position The Role Carrying out Management and Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) asbestos surveys in accordance with HSG264 Conducting bulk asbestos sampling across a range of property types Producing clear, accurate, and compliant asbestos survey reports Working across a varied portfolio of commercial and public sector properties Managing your own diary and field-based workload effectively Liaising professionally with clients, contractors, and site representatives Maintaining accurate electronic records and survey documentation Ensuring all work complies with current asbestos legislation and HSE guidance About You BOHS P402 qualification (essential) Previous experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor Strong knowledge of HSG264 and current asbestos legislation Experience surveying a range of commercial and public sector properties Confident working independently in a field-based position Strong communication and report-writing skills Professional, organised, and reliable Full UK driving licence Why This Role Basic salary of up to £40,000 Potential earnings of around £46,000 with overtime Excellent job security with a major organisation Consistent and varied surveying workload Strong operational and technical support Ongoing training and career development Long-term progression opportunities If you are interested in this role, contact Joel Bland on (phone number removed) or email
