Up to £70,000 + £8,000 Car Allowance | Hybrid | Exeter / Devon
Long-term AMP8 workload. Major infrastructure projects. Strong package with hybrid flexibility.
A leading UK Civil Engineering contractor is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take commercial ownership of projects across the South West Water AMP8 framework.
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll handle:
NEC contracts, CVRs and forecasting
Risk, opportunity and financial performance
Variations, procurement and final accounts
Client and subcontractor negotiations
Commercial support and development of junior staff You'll be an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor from civil engineering, utilities or infrastructure, with strong NEC knowledge and the confidence to take ownership of project performance.
Up to £70k + £8k car allowance/EV + pension + healthcare + 26 days' holiday + hybrid working.
