Role OverviewThe main responsibilities of this butcher role are to use knife skills to produce both primal and portion butchery cuts for beef, pork, lamb, and poultry.
Working hours are;
Monday to Friday working 07.00-16.00 (plus every second Saturday 06.00-11.00), with additional flexibility where required.
We welcome applications from candidates who are fully trained and experienced butchers.

Requirements
You will be a trained and experienced butcher with:
Good knife skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team and to embrace change
Commercial awareness and the understanding of yields and costs
