Bid Manager | Exeter £65,000–£75,000 + package Ready to take the lead on bids that shape major construction projects? We’re working with a leading Tier 1 construction business that is looking to appoint an experienced Bid Manager to join its Exeter team. This is an opportunity to play a key role in winning and delivering complex construction work, working alongside operational, commercial and pre-construction teams to develop compelling, commercially sound bids. The opportunity * Lead the bid process from PQQ / ITT through to submission. * Develop winning strategies, compelling written submissions and high-quality presentations. * Coordinate internal teams, supply chain partners and specialist contributors. * Work on a diverse range of significant construction projects and frameworks. * Influence how projects are won and help shape the future workload of an established business. We’re looking for someone with: * Proven Bid Management experience within construction, ideally with a Tier 1 or leading main contractor. * Someone from a Pre-Construction, Project Management or Design Management background looking to move into Bid management would also be considered. * Strong knowledge of PQQ, ITT, tender and work-winning processes. * Excellent written, communication and stakeholder management skills. * The ability to manage multiple bids, deadlines and competing priorities. * A collaborative, commercially aware approach.
