General Operative - Immediate Start
We are currently recruiting for a General Operative to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual looking to develop their skills in a fast-paced working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with day-to-day warehouse and production operations
Picking, packing, loading, and unloading goods
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Carrying out quality checks on products and materials
Operating machinery and equipment (training provided where required)
Following company procedures and health & safety guidelines
Supporting other departments as needed
Requirements:
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good attention to detail
Reliable and punctual
Flexible approach to work
Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience is desirable but not essential
