Senior Residential Support Worker
📍 Greenwich, London
💷 £15.50–£16.00 per hour | ⏰ 40 hours
We are recruiting a Senior Residential Support Worker to support the Registered Manager and lead shifts within a children’s residential home.
You will provide high-quality care and support to children and young people, promote safeguarding and positive behaviour, and support the Residential Support Worker team.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead shifts and support the running of the home.
* Provide children’s residential care and support.
* Safeguard children and young people.
* Support emotional and behavioural needs.
* Supervise and mentor Residential Support Workers.
* Contribute to care plans, risk assessments and records.
* Work with families and other professionals.
About You
* Level 3 qualification in Children & Young People’s Services or equivalent.
* Experience in children’s residential care.
* Experience supporting behaviours that may challenge.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins.
