Site Agent / Site Manager - Water Infrastructure
We’re looking for an experienced Site Agent / Site Manager to join a well-established civil engineering and infrastructure contractor delivering clean and foul water projects in Swindon.
This role needs someone who knows the water sector and has hands-on experience delivering clean and foul water infrastructure projects for major UK water utility companies.
You’ll take responsibility for site delivery, managing the programme, site teams, health & safety, quality and commercial performance, while working closely with the wider project team and client.
Key requirements:
Proven Site Agent / Site Manager experience
Strong clean and foul water experience
Experience delivering projects for major UK water utility companies
Strong civil engineering background
Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC)
SMSTS
Street Works Supervisor
Good understanding of programme, RAMS, quality and commercial delivery
Confident managing site teams and client relationships
