Project Coordinator
Location: Bletchley, Milton Keynes
Pay Rate: Competitive
Duration: Ongoing Temporary Assignment
Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday
About the Company
Our client is a leading provider of technology, logistics, installation, and project delivery solutions, working with some of the UK's best-known retail, commercial, and corporate brands. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Project Coordinator to join their busy and fast-paced operations team in Bletchley.
The Role
As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with the Project Manager and wider project team to support the successful delivery of multiple projects from start to finish.
This is a demanding and fast-moving position, requiring a highly organised individual who can work to tight deadlines, manage competing priorities, and confidently communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the creation and maintenance of project plans
Coordinate project activities and ensure key milestones are met
Manage and update project schedules
Track project budgets and costs
Maintain accurate project documentation and records
Support financial administration, reporting, and invoicing processes
Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and project stakeholders
Monitor project progress and escalate issues where necessary
Provide general administrative support to the project teamThe Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, or similar role
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Proactive, reliable, and willing to take ownership of responsibilities
