Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term

Pay: £115-£135 per day
Remedy Education are looking for an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a supportive school based in Enfield.
We are looking for a confident and proactive HLTA who is comfortable supporting pupils across the classroom, delivering interventions and leading lessons when required.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting pupils with their learning across the curriculum
Leading small group and 1:1 interventions
Delivering pre-planned lessons and covering classes when required
Supporting pupils who may need additional help with their learning
Helping manage behaviour and maintain a positive classroom environment
Working closely with teachers to monitor pupil progress
Preparing resources and supporting lesson deliveryRequirements:
Previous experience as an HLTA or experienced Teaching Assistant
HLTA qualification/status is highly desirable
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Confident leading groups and covering lessons
Good communication and organisational skills
