Job Description
Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Catering Assistant to join a Secondary School on an initial 1+ month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 16 hours per week, 3 days.
Key Responsibilities
*
Preparing ingredients (washing, chopping, measuring) and assisting with basic food preparation
* Supporting chefs with cooking, plating, and portioning dishes
*
Working as part of a team under the direction of the chef or catering supervisor
*
Washing up, cleaning kitchens/work areas
*
Following strict food hygiene, health & safety, and allergen procedures
Essential Requirements
*
Experience working within a school
*
Experience as a catering assistant
