Cover Supervisor | Tower Hamlets, East London
Looking to gain classroom experience in a secondary school setting? Prospero Teaching is recruiting confident and proactive Cover Supervisors to work across a range of Tower Hamlets, East London secondary schools.
This role is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, coaches, youth workers, mentors, or anyone with experience supporting young people.
The Role
Supervise classes during teacher absences
Deliver pre-set work and lesson instructions
Maintain positive behaviour and classroom engagement
Support a safe and productive learning environment
Provide feedback on student progress and behaviourWe're Looking For
Degree holders or candidates with relevant youth-based experience
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Confident, adaptable, and professional individuals
Passion for supporting young people's development
School, tutoring, coaching, mentoring, or youth work experience is beneficialWorking Hours
Full-time, Monday to Friday
Typical hours: 8:00am to 4:00pmRequirements
Right to Work in the UK
Two years of professional references
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
