CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator
£40,000–£55,000 PA Including Overtime & Bonus | Days Only
The Opportunity
We are looking for experienced CNC Turners and Millers with strong programming, setting and operating experience to join a fast-growing, profitable machining business.
This is an excellent opportunity for skilled machinists looking to work with modern CNC machinery, competitive rates and a generous profit-share scheme.
The Machinery
You will be working with a range of modern Doosan CNC equipment with Fanuc controls, including:
*
2, 3, 4 and 5-axis CNC lathes
*
4 and 5-axis machining centres
*
Modern machinery, with all major equipment less than five years old
Key Requirements
*
Strong CNC programming experience
*
CNC setting and operating experience
*
Experience with CNC turning and/or milling
*
Ability to work from engineering drawings
*
Strong understanding of tooling and machining processes
*
High standards of quality and attention to detail
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Hours
*
Monday–Thursday: 7:30am–4:00pm
*
Friday: 7:30am–3:00pm
*
Regular overtime available
Salary & Benefits
*
£16–£20 per hour basic rate
*
£40,000–£55,000 total earning potential, including overtime and bonus
*
Profit share typically £2,000–£4,000 per year
*
25 days’ annual leave + bank holidays
*
