Location: London, Kent, Hampshire & Sussex (Mobile Role)
Hours: 40 Hours per Week

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Mobile Air Conditioning & Maintenance Engineer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a newly established division within the business, offering genuine long-term career progression as the department expands.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a mixture of planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, fault finding, repairs, and air conditioning installations across a portfolio of commercial sites throughout London, Kent, Hampshire, and Sussex.
The role will involve a significant amount of lone working, although certain projects and installations may be completed alongside another engineer as part of a two person team.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) on air conditioning systems.
* Attend reactive maintenance and breakdown call-outs.
* Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently.
* Undertake air conditioning installations and small project works.
* Complete service reports and documentation accurately.
* Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health & safety regulations.
* Provide excellent customer service whilst on-site.
* Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment to a high standard.
Requirements
Essential
* NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration.
* Valid F-Gas Certification.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
* Good communication and customer-facing skills.
Desirable
* Experience within either a commercial or domestic environment.
* Experience carrying out both maintenance and installation works.
* Additional HVAC qualifications would be advantageous.
Working Hours & Call-Outs
* Standard 40-hour working week.
* Call-out work will be required.
