Supported Housing Manager
Location: South London
Salary: Up to £41,000
Full Time | Permanent
An established housing provider is seeking an experienced Supported Housing Manager to oversee services for service users and lead a dedicated frontline team.
This is a varied role combining people management, safeguarding, resident wellbeing, service improvement and housing management. You'll be responsible for ensuring residents receive an outstanding service whilst promoting independence, maintaining compliance, and driving high standards across the scheme.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading and developing a resident-focused service team.
Managing safeguarding, wellbeing and support interventions.
Building effective partnerships with families, health professionals and external agencies.
Supporting tenancy sustainment and resident independence.
Ensuring compliance with health & safety and regulatory requirements.
Driving continuous improvement and service excellence.
About You
Experience managing services within sheltered housing, supported housing, social care or a similar setting.
Strong understanding of safeguarding and resident wellbeing.
Proven team leadership experience.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
Passion for delivering high-quality services to vulnerable people
