Assistant Supply Chain Administrator Birmingham |Salary up to £30,000 | Full-time We are recruiting an Assistant Supply Chain Administrator to join a growing company. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised, proactive individual who enjoys variety and wants to develop their career. Working closely with the Supply Chain Administrator and Head of Supply Chain, you’ll play an important role in keeping the department organised and ensuring communication and actions flow effectively between internal teams and external partners including Managing Agents, Local Authorities and suppliers. The Role * Supporting diary management and arranging meetings and inspections * Monitoring emails, coordinating responses and ensuring actions are followed up * Liaising professionally with Managing Agents, Local Authorities, suppliers and other external partners * Maintaining spreadsheets, trackers and operational dashboards * Keeping supply chain information accurate and up to date * Supporting the preparation of reports, presentations and management information * Attending meetings, taking accurate minutes and distributing key actions * Following up agreed actions and ensuring deadlines are met * Providing general administrative and coordination support across the Supply Chain function About You We’re looking for someone who is organised, accurate and naturally proactive. You’ll be comfortable managing several priorities at once and confident communicating with people at different levels. You should have: * Strong organisation and time-management skills * Excellent attention to detail * Confident written and verbal communication * The ability to work independently and use your initiative * A professional and approachable manner * Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint * Confidence dealing with telephone and email enquiries * The ability to handle sensitive information professionally Previous experience within housing, property management or supply chain operations would be advantageous but is not essential.
