Job Description
Labourer / Demolition Operative – Lincoln
Rate: £18 per hour
Frontline Construction Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Labourer or Demolition Operative to work on a project in Lincoln.
The successful candidate will have previous construction or demolition experience and must be able to meet the required Enhanced Level 1 clearance/security requirements for working within a prison environment.
Duties:
General labouring and demolition duties
Assisting skilled trades and site teams
Soft strip and removal works
Moving and handling materials
Keeping work areas clean and tidy
Following site health & safety procedures
Working within a secure prison environment
Carrying out duties in line with Legionella and site-specific procedures where required
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Labourer or Demolition Operative
Enhanced Level 1 clearance for HMP work
Previous experience working in a secure environment would be advantageous
CSCS card preferred
Good understanding of health & safety
Reliable and punctual
Able to provide relevant references
