Location: Scunthorpe
Shifts: Monday - Friday 5.30am-2pm and 3pm - 11:30pm
Job Description:
AM2PM are recruiting for motivated Production Operatives to join our clients pork factory team in Scunthorpe. In this role, you'll be part of production operations, ensuring smooth workflow and that production targets are met.
Production Operative Job requirements:
Must be reliable and punctual
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
Good attendance and strong work ethic are essential
Immediate availability
Role of a Production Operative will include, but not limited to:
Working as part of a team of production operatives
Adhering to production processes and ensuring efficiency
Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards
Assisting with staff training and development
