Shift Pattern
12 Hour Shift Pattern (2 Days & 2Nights) 4on4off (7-7)

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
As a Production Operator, you will:
Operate, monitor, and optimise production machinery to achieve daily output targets
Carry out machine set-ups, adjustments, and changeovers
Complete routine cleaning and hygiene activities in line with food safety standards
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specification requirements
Handle raw materials and packaging safely and efficiently
Support equipment performance through basic autonomous maintenance activities
Accurately complete production and quality documentation
Identify and escalate machinery, quality, or production issues promptly
Maintain high standards of health, safety, hygiene, and housekeeping
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the production area
What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience as a Production Operator, Machine Operator, Manufacturing Operative, or similar role within a manufacturing environment
Food manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential
A strong commitment to health & safety and quality standards
Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to work
The ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
A flexible and reliable work ethic
Confidence in identifying and resolving production-related issues
A willingness to learn, develop, and undertake further training
Suitable Backgrounds:

Machine Operator, Production Operator, Manufacturing Operative, Factory Operative, Production Line Operator, Machine Minder, Process Operator, Food Production Operative, Packaging Operator, or Production Technician.
