Neighbourhood Housing Officer South West London | 3 Month Contract | 35 hours a week Are you an experienced Housing Professional looking for your next interim opportunity? We're working with a large social housing provider seeking a Neighbourhood Housing Officer to support a busy housing management team through a period of change. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys building strong resident relationships, resolving complex issues, and delivering high-quality housing management services. The Role As a Neighbourhood Housing Officer, you'll be responsible for managing a designated patch of approximately (Apply online only) homes, acting as the key point of contact for residents and ensuring a visible, responsive housing service. Key responsibilities include: Managing relationships with residents across your patch Supporting the delivery of a consistent and customer-focused housing management service Resolving tenancy, estate, and neighbourhood-related issues Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes Responding to resident concerns and improving overall customer satisfaction Managing a varied caseload while meeting service standards and deadlines About You To be considered, you will have: Previous experience in a Housing Officer, Neighbourhood Officer, Housing Lead, or similar housing management role Strong knowledge of tenancy and neighbourhood management Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proven ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively A proactive, solutions-focused approach Experience delivering excellent customer service to residents A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes What's on Offer?
