Maintenance & Reliability Manager
Location: Gabon (West Africa)
Rotation: 28/28
Contract Type: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise maintenance personnel across operational activities.
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programmes.
Oversee maintenance planning, scheduling, and workshop coordination.
Support reliability improvement and downtime reduction initiatives.
Manage contractors and third-party service providers.
Monitor maintenance KPIs and drive continuous improvement activities.
Ensure maintenance and integrity information is accurately maintained within SAP / CMMS systems.
Support root cause analysis and incident investigations.
Collaborate closely with operations and technical teams to optimise asset performance.
Promote strong HSE standards and safe working practices across all activities.
Requirements
Degree qualified in Engineering or related discipline.
10+ years' experience within oil & gas maintenance operations.
Proven experience leading maintenance teams within live operational environments.
Strong knowledge of reliability engineering and maintenance best practices.
Experience using SAP / CMMS systems and maintenance planning tools.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving capability.
Understanding of HSE standards and operational compliance requirements.
Must speak fluent French.
