Air Conditioning / Chiller Engineer Salary: £48,000 + Door-to-Door Travel Hours: Monday to Friday Position: Mobile Benefits: Company Van + Fuel Card The Role We are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning / Chiller Engineer to join a growing building services team, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial sites. This is a mobile position offering a £48,000 basic salary plus door-to-door travel, providing excellent overall earning potential. You'll be provided with a company van and fuel card and will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and fault-finding across a range of air conditioning and chiller systems. Key Responsibilities * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance * Service and maintain commercial air conditioning systems * Carry out maintenance and fault finding on chillers and associated plant * Work on splits, multi-splits and VRV/VRF systems * Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults within HVAC equipment * Attend breakdowns and carry out repairs * Complete refrigerant checks and associated F-Gas documentation * Carry out routine inspections and identify potential issues before failures occur * Complete engineer reports and update maintenance systems accurately * Liaise directly with clients and provide updates on works * Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with current regulations * Manage your own workload and daily schedule effectively About You * F-Gas Category 1 * Relevant City & Guilds / NVQ Air Conditioning & Refrigeration qualifications * Strong experience servicing and maintaining commercial AC systems * Chiller maintenance and fault-finding experience * Experience with VRV/VRF, splits and multi-splits What's on Offer? * £48,000 basic salary * Door-to-door travel paid * Company van * Fuel card * Monday to Friday working * Mobile position * Excellent earning potential with travel * Ongoing technical training and development * Long-term career progression If you're an experienced Air Conditioning / Chiller Engineer looking for a mobile role with a strong basic salary, door-to-door travel and a company van, we'd be keen to hear from you
