Health, Safety & Environmental Manager
Are you an experienced HSE professional looking for a senior leadership role within a high-hazard manufacturing environment?
Our client is seeking a Health, Safety & Environmental Manager to lead the HSE and sustainability agenda across multiple European sites. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and influence strategic business decisions across the UK and Europe.
Key Requirements:
* Senior-level HSE management experience
* CMIOSH (or equivalent) qualification
* Strong knowledge of COMAH and DSEAR regulations
* Experience within manufacturing, chemical, or other high-hazard environments
* Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
The Role:
* Lead HSE strategy across multiple sites
* Drive continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives
* Ensure compliance with UK and European legislation
* Manage audits, investigations, risk assessments, and contractor compliance
* Promote a positive, proactive safety culture throughout the organisation
