Packing Operative

Labelling & Packing Operative Location: Harlow, Essex Hours: Rotating Weekly Shifts 6:00am - 2:00pm 10:00am - 6:00pm Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour Immediate Start Available HRGO Recruitment are currently seeking a Labelling & Packing Operative to join a specialist manufacturing team based in Harlow. This is a long-term temporary assignment with an immediate start, expected to continue until the end of the year. The Role Your duties will initially include: * Accurately labelling boxes and bags * Packing canisters ready for dispatch * Following established work instructions and procedures * Maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy * Preparing products for delivery Full training will be provided and, as your knowledge and skills develop, you may have the opportunity to undertake additional duties including: * Soldering * Pressure-lock testing * Leak testing * Final product inspection and quality checks Working Environment You will be working within a small, dehumidified, oxygen-controlled production area used for handling specialist chemicals. Due to the nature of the environment, full PPE must be worn at all times. PPE provided includes: * Protective mask * Safety glasses * Gloves * Protective body suit Please note: You will need to provide your own safety boots. The role does not involve heavy lifting, and much of the work can be carried out whilst seated.
