Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for competent, reliable Site Managers to oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and in line with MOD site protocols and security requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day site activities and subcontractors on-site
* Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations and MOD site security procedures
* Coordinate with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to maintain programme
* Monitor quality of works and ensure adherence to specifications
* Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation
* Liaise with MOD site personnel regarding access, security, and site protocols
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction/civils/M&E (relevant sector experience)
* SC Clearance held or eligible to obtain (essential – candidates must be UK nationals or meet eligibility criteria)
* SMSTS (or equivalent) and CSCS card
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work independently on secure sites
* Own transport (site locations may have limited public transport access)
