Job Description
We're looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join an established construction business delivering care home projects, mainly traditional build.
The Role:
Support the Site Manager with day-to-day site management
Coordinate subcontractors and site activities
Monitor progress, quality and health & safety
Assist with programmes and planning
Carry out site inspections
Help ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
About You:
Previous Assistant Site Manager or similar construction experience
Care home, residential or similar project experience preferred
Good understanding of traditional build
Strong communication and organisational skills
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
Full driving licence
Willingness to travel when required
The current project is based in Stratford-upon-Avon, with future projects potentially across different areas, so flexibility to travel is important.
