Warehouse Operative – Lutterworth
Location: Lutterworth
Hours: Monday to Friday, 3:00pm–11:00pm
Pay: £13.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time
About the Role
We are looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our new and growing company based in Lutterworth.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a friendly team within a brand-new operation. No two days need to be the same, and we are looking for people who take pride in their work and are keen to build a long-term career with the company.
Key Responsibilities

Picking and packing customer orders accurately
*
Loading and unloading deliveries
*
Moving and organising stock within the warehouse
*
Checking goods and maintaining accurate stock levels
*
Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised
*
Following health and safety procedures
*
Working as part of a team to meet daily targets
About You
We are looking for someone who is:

Reliable and punctual
*
Hardworking and enthusiastic
*
Physically fit and comfortable working in a warehouse environment
*
Able to work independently as well as part of a team
*
Organised and has good attention to detail
*
Flexible and willing to learn new tasks
Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate.
