Job Description
Job Title: Machine Operator
We are recruiting for experienced Machine Operators to join a busy manufacturing team on a temp-to-perm basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently.
Monitoring production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
Carrying out end-of-line duties, including packing finished products.
Labelling products accurately and preparing them for dispatch.
Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
Following health and safety procedures at all times.
Assisting with other production duties as required.
Working Hours:
12-hour shifts (days and nights).
Rotating shift pattern.
Flexibility to work both day and night shifts is essential.
Requirements:
Previous factory or manufacturing experience is essential.
Experience operating production machinery is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
