Location: Jarrow, Tyne and Wear
Pay Rate: £17.36 per hour
Shift: Days only
Contract: 2-month temporary contract, with potential for permanent employment
Overtime: Available
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Fabricator Welder to join a busy ducting manufacturing company based in Jarrow.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled fabricator welder with previous ducting experience looking for consistent day-shift work, regular overtime, and the potential for a permanent position.
The Role
* Fabricating and welding ducting and associated components
* Working from drawings and specifications
* Cutting, forming, assembling and welding sheet metal
* Ensuring all work meets the required quality and safety standards
* Working as part of a busy manufacturing team
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
The Candidate
Essential:
* Previous experience as a Fabricator Welder
* Ducting fabrication experience is essential
* Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
* Good attention to detail and quality
* Reliable and able to work as part of a team
* Relevant welding/fabrication experience

* Overtime available daily (Tuesday through Sunday)
* Initial 2-month contract
