Strip Out / Demo Operatives x2
Location: Merseyside
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Our client is a Liverpool-based building and property services company that works across the North West.
They mainly do:
🏠 Social housing repairs and maintenance
🔨 Empty-home (“void”) works
🛁 Kitchen and bathroom installations
🏗️ Property refurbishments
♿ Adaptations for residents
⚡ Electrical, heating and plumbing work
🏘️ Development and construction projects
🔧 General repairs and planned works
Due to a busy work stream, they are looking for 2 experienced Strip Out / Demolition Operatives to join their planned works team in Merseyside on a permanent basis.
The Role
The successful candidates will carry out strip out and demolition works within residential properties, supporting planned refurbishment and maintenance projects.
Requirements
Previous strip out / demolition experience essential.
Experience working within residential or refurbishment environments.
Able to carry out works safely and efficiently.
Good standard of workmanship.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Full UK Driving Licence required.
Professional approach when working in residents' homes.
CSCS card required
