Job Description
We are currently recruiting a Civils Gang for ongoing highways works. The gang will consist of:
* 1 x 360 Excavator Operator
* 2 x Groundworkers (must hold dumper ticket)
Duties will include:
* Excavation and installation of drainage systems
* Kerb laying and edgings
* Laying of sub-base and preparation for surfacing
* Ducting and cable protection works
* Reinstatement works
* Traffic management awareness and working within live highways environments
* General groundworks duties associated with highways projects
* Working safely and efficiently as part of a small team
Requirements:
* Valid CSCS card
* Dumper ticket (essential for groundworkers)
* 360 ticket / NPORS or CPCS (for operator)
* Highways/traffic management experience preferred (e.g. SSSTS, NRSWA)
* Own PPE
* Reliable transport to site
* Able to work as part of a small, established gang
