Job Description
Support Worker/Carer (*Female), Stevenage, Hertfordshire. £20.30 gross per hour. Rewarding opportunity supporting 16-year-old Ellie with cerebral palsy, visual impairment, acquired brain injury, autism and ADHD.
Key Information
· Job Title: Support Worker/Carer
· Pay: £20.30 gross per hour
· Location: Stevenage, Hertfordshire
· Hours and Days of Work: 20 hours per week, worked flexibility over the week with a mixture of mornings, evenings and weekends.
· Essential Experience: Previous experience supporting clients with disabilities, SEN or related support needs. Comfortable working in a family home environment. Swimmer. Female only*
· Desirable: Experience supporting behaviours that challenge. Experience with fatigue management, regulation management and/or physio programme support.
· Driver Required: Yes; own car required. Mileage paid at 55p per mile.

She has cerebral palsy, a visual impairment, acquired brain injury, autism and ADHD, and benefits from patient, consistent support to manage fatigue, regulation and her daily routines.
