Postroom Operative – Silvertown
Location: Silvertown, London
Pay Rate: £14.80 per hour
Hours: 07:30 – 17:00
Days: Monday – Friday
Duration: Long-term / Ongoing
We are currently looking for a reliable and organised Postroom Operative to join a busy team in Silvertown on a long-term basis.
Duties:
Receiving, sorting and distributing incoming post and deliveries
Preparing outgoing mail and parcels
Maintaining accurate records of deliveries
Liaising with staff, couriers and contractors
Keeping the postroom organised and secure
General postroom and administrative duties
Requirements:
Previous postroom, mailroom, warehouse or similar experience preferred
Reliable and punctual
Good organisational skills
Professional manner and good communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
