Location: Magna Park, Lutterworth
Job Type: Full-time, Temporary
Shifts: Monday to Friday
Pay Rates
* Day Shift (6:00am – 2:00pm or 8:00am – 4:00pm): £12.91 per hour
* Afternoon Shift (2:00pm – 10:00pm or 4:00pm – 12:00am): £13.59 per hour
About the Role
We are looking for reliable and motivated Warehouse Operatives to join our team based at Magna Park, Lutterworth. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and supportive warehouse environment, with full training provided from your very first day.
No previous warehouse experience or qualifications are required—if you have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Picking and packing customer orders accurately.
* Loading and unloading deliveries safely.
* Making and assembling cardboard boxes for packing.
* Preparing products for dispatch.
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area.
* Following health and safety procedures at all times.
* Working as part of a team to meet daily targets.
