KS1 Primary Teacher – Dunstable
Educators Connected Recruitment are delighted to be working with a fantastic primary school in Dunstable that is looking for a passionate and dedicated KS1 Teacher to join their team.
This is a lovely opportunity for a teacher who wants to work within a supportive, welcoming and child-focused school environment, helping pupils build confidence and develop a genuine love of learning.
The Role
As a KS1 Teacher, you will:
* Plan and deliver engaging and creative KS1 lessons
* Create a positive, stimulating and inclusive classroom
* Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development
* Encourage confidence, independence and curiosity
* Monitor and assess pupil progress
* Adapt learning to meet individual needs
* Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents
* Contribute positively to the wider school community
The Ideal Candidate
We welcome applications from qualified and experienced teachers as well as Early Career Teachers (ECTs).
You will ideally have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an ECT working towards/holding QTS
* Experience teaching or a strong interest in Key Stage 1
* A good understanding of the KS1 curriculum
* Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
* A creative, enthusiastic and committed approach to teaching
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A genuine passion for helping children achieve their full potential
