Up to £36k base salary £5k car allowance Hybrid working office Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, home Wednesday and Friday 4.5 day working week with a 12:45pm finish every Friday Private Medical Insurance 25 days holiday, rising to 28 with service 3% pension Life Assurance Paid time off for significant life events Quarterly bonus scheme with achievable objectives A consultative, relationship-led culture with realistic performance expectations The Role As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage an established desk across the West Midlands, building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates. You'll be responsible for: Managing the full 360 recruitment process Developing new business across the West Midlands Building and nurturing long-term client relationships Registering, interviewing and supporting high-quality candidates Arranging and attending face-to-face client meetings Matching the right people to the right opportunities Delivering an outstanding recruitment experience from start to finish This is a business that measures quality over quantity. Expectations include around candidate registrations, face-to-face client meetings, business development calls and maintaining an up-to-date contact pipeline. About You To succeed as a Recruitment Consultant, you'll already have agency recruitment experience and enjoy building genuine relationships rather than relying on hard selling. You'll ideally have: At least 12-18 months' recruitment experience A consultative, professional approach Excellent customer service and communication skills Confidence developing business and managing client relationships A proactive, organised approach to managing your desk The ability to build trust with both clients and candidates Sector experience isn't essential.
