Job Description
A great opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist who enjoys being close to the business, supporting managers and employees and making a genuine impact across the employee experience.
The role has a strong focus on employee relations, handling both day-to-day and more complex ER cases while providing practical advice and guidance to managers. A key part of the position will also involve visiting sites following acquisitions, building relationships with local teams and helping ensure consistent people practices while making new employees feel included and connected to the wider brand.
Job Title: HR Generalist
Location: Bracknell
Salary: Circa £45,000
Key Responsibilities:
Providing HR advice and support to managers and employees across the business
Managing day-to-day and more complex employee relations cases including absence, performance, conduct and grievance matters
Visiting acquired sites to build relationships, understand local needs and support the integration of teams into the wider brand
Embedding consistent people practices and helping employees feel included and connected following acquisitions
Supporting the employee lifecycle including onboarding, contracts, changes and leavers
Supporting employee engagement, culture and inclusion initiatives
Contributing to HR projects, process improvements and wider UK and European initiatives
Supporting benefits, immigration and recruitment activity as required
Skills and Experience:
Broad HR Generalist experience with strong employee relations knowledge
Confident managing sensitive and complex ER cases
Strong manager advisory and relationship-building skills
Comfortable travelling to different sites and working with teams through periods of change
Proactive, organised and solutions-focused
